You/they can enjoy a beverage here or there while you nurse. It is recommended, thereß you 2 hours waits, after you consumed the beverage for it to leave your system. However, some people swear this through it "Pumps and discards", says others, that it is unnecessary.

There are examination strips, that can buy you with Babys-R us or other stores, that sell baby pieces. SieSie pump only a small bißchen of your milk and puts the examination strip in the glass.
