Why do many assume nursing mommies this...?

If they have a "big" baby, who is her/its/their baby too hungrily, in order to be satisfied by breastmilk?
I began only nannying with a small boy old 8 months for a family. He/it is a großer boy, with 23 pounds and was carried with 9 pounds. As the talk over my quiet of my 5 months of old son, one of her/its/their comments was "I nursed one month long, but he/it was to hungry so that we went to formula". natürlich I didn\'t says everything because really anyway his/its to late, but I only Jargonumhangtuch my head about this idea.

It is not always so easy.

My son nursed on both breasts for more than a hour of everyone, and until both sides completely empty was, still then screamed for more. I bemühte me, to remain all the time, but he/it only constantly screamed from hunger.
