Weight gain of pregnancy burden... something, to do?
I am pregnant with my second child 18 weeks, & I already won 5kgs (11lbs), I seem to increase that you really fast, seeings, as if I am not even half way, that makes me really nervous. This is a long post sorrowfully,A little bit of of mine of my background is that, before I became pregnant with my first daughter, I 83kgs (182lbs) very overweight was and for a very long time, because of many matters including the depression, was and my comfort be meal, as soon as I found from myself, pregnant, that my mind sentence changed, and I actually had until 25 weeks, where nothing, which I would eat, down would detain, very heavy morning illness with her. I think in the last 15 weeks of this pregnancy, thereß I 8kgs (17lbs) won, but that is only one supposition, I believe, that it been able to be less.
Anyway... I decided me once, that she/it was born, I had to decrease, & I began, the meal of right as well as nursing and it lasted one year, but I lost 30kgs (66lbs), I interjected 20kgs abstinences, and the last took 10 a while, 6 months & I never had been so glad and healthy in my life. It was easy losing the weight, because my mind vollständig in it was, and I was comfortable in my skin.
IchIch pulled because of not much exercise and being throughout the year with study stationary any weight at. Now, I really am is annoyingös over it, to be again thickly. I only feel required to be really healthy like me, so that I attract no more weight too much, but I need help of the knowledge what a healthy weight gain is at pregnancy. I fühle already, that I went through it. I have honestly exactly a fear of it, really overweight, to be again.
How much weight do you lose if you give away birth straight? I weiß, that I can decrease once, was born this baby, my mind places hasn\'t really changed, I feel to the person, who was I, how another person, before I, that I know, had children.so that I can lose again weight (for which I will need)
What can I make under control to keep weight profit during this pregnancy? Which endI should do practices? If every pregnancy yoga did, I am uncomfortable with making endpractices not?
I need only advice, because I know, that I have big questions by my weight, and I don\'t want to feel like it while I am pregnant. With my daughter, this was the last matter, over them/her/it I thought, & I felt me beautifully, this time therefore is a completely different history.
Any advice, stories something would be wonderful, thank you!

Hello there!I am pregnant, and so wide with my first baby 33 weeks, put in over 40 pounds little on it and feels exact self consciously! I was a few overweight, as I became pregnant, maybe 25 pounds more, as I should,... and because I was pregnant,... like you... I begged for carbs, and juice and matters like this. My doctor, the much more profits, became about me, as I spare have, and this is, that does, what she/it recommended me, hopefully these matters will also help you!!!
* I is on a mean carb, up protein nourishment, that a diabetic species food essentially is.
* You/they gets so many carbohydrate elections as day (16 elections), and each Carb-Wahl is 15 carbs.
IchIch will have the majority of my carbs granola-Stange in the morning, a yogurt and a fiber rich, fiber is one a big brand. fiber is super important to help to retain your weight! Eat rich meal as much fiber, as you können! Für lunches and dinner attempt, not to eat more than 35 to 40g from carbs, and meal, that is high in protein, always selects small parts of beef is big, vegetables, small parts of beans, ect,
I would restrict juice drastically if you drink it daily. Juice (even 100 percent of juice) has it all gekostet\'s-Faser (that is in the real fruit even). It knows how wins too much during the pregnancy feels!!!Special details.... this is a food, on which my WHETHER placed me, so that I want to illustrate, this is not anything, which I decided alone! I wnever recommends ürde, makes something of this wasn\'t another pregnant wife I, that make me for medical respects! It wäre wisely, to ask it about your doctor, and you should increase in a small weight, but this helped me so very much!!

Thank for all those details, it is nice to hear how other people go, and luck with the birth in June!
I thought that before you even wrote it, that I could try lowering of the carbs and getting of protein more, thanks for your info about what you eat,:)

from Jax101 I here ya-Honig! I never am in my life overweight been, and suddenly can control my weigt-Gewinn ich\'t! Glyou are right ücklicherweise where you should be. "Normal" weight profit is 25lbs-35lbs footings over the course of the pregnancy. My local gymnasium offers pregnancy yoga, whic I finds a training then more relaxing, and pilates that you will feel the next day., if you a Läufer before pregnacy it would be, s, in order to continue with a speed, punishes you feels comfortable with it. Going is excellent, hält the love grips in chess, but places auf\'t exaggerates the stairmaster. Also swimming Gefühle big and gives you a full body training. If you go to a gymnasium there, some weight machines, that you use, are könnten, but asks a trainer. Also, I use handweights easy, only nothing, während lying on your back and your Don, \'t exceeds 5lbs per hand. You/they können still sentences forward without weights until the end of your secound-Trimester does.
