Should you clean your breasts after you nursed?

Do I have thought about it previously never, and indeed I nursed two children previously, but I began thinking, should you clean your breasts, after you, the silence? And if, so that you should use soap and water, or only trsoap possibly wants leave leaves you, because you land, \'t änen on you.
It seems only like it that much work would be, about after it your nipples everytime, to clean, your nurses you in consideration of him/it, that you seem to make the whole time for him/it, as babies first are carried.

Remain a clammy sponge from you if feeding and gives her/it/them, a small one wipes... protects you the credit of "crusty nipple", if you are dried on milk there!

through?? Xanden of \'s Mommy?? lol. i never made. But in the shower as she/it i cleaned, used i only water, because the nurse asked me after delivery not to use any soap on them.

from MaggieB There, any need is really not to it. Sie\'wieder not sterile natürlich, but is no dangerous bacteria there. Even in the shower es\'s, in order not to use any soap the best on your nipples, während nursing, as it she/it and your more likely, to get pain, dries up.

from Mary_Ann.... near, only your regular take a shower water should do it. If you have m an infection, like throttle,üssen you more worry takes. But I never do everything, but gets, she/it nwould eat in the shower.

from Angela Angela mommy to dahlia Skye, that the milk, that dries on your nipple, actually is good for her/it/them. It was asked to do me, a small auszudrücken and all antibodies heal to wipe it around and to let dry it, as I had rips, for the baby also for your skin.

through chamae, I don\'t believe that you should use soap because your nipples will dry up this and will hurt. I assume, thereß you she/it with warm water could wipe off. I nursed and I didn\'t-Wgrayling mine from after every time.
