In consideration of a breast work?

Now, for the last couple of the years, I considered to get breast implants because one year long now after the credit of two children and nursing of them, my breasts are not what they used, in order to be and indeed, was nursed having smaller, or maybe it was the pregnancies, that know, which she/it made smaller, I looked at breast implants, she/it to the size, that were she/it for Vorbabys, to get back. I have beträchtlich in the for and seen nauseate and worried me about the risks. I understand, thereß she/it minimal is, but it nevertheless worries me. I should erwähnen, my self-esteem is fine, I believe that I am more beautifully d@mn awesome, but my saggy-Dussel enough has! :) Everyone has experiences, thereß she/it gladly would share? Thoughts? Do you also have saline or silicone and why did you go with both? Thanks!

I get implants next month. My self-esteem is finely like you, and I have a friend, that my Brüste loves, or is missing from it there, I am from the bras in the child buys of an Abteilungsladens simply müd\'s-Teil! No joke!
