How do you prepare for nursing?

I have daugher a 19 month old and I nursed her/it/them until she/it was 12 1/2 months old, but as I with her pregnant was, I didn\'t prepare at all so that both of my nipples and bleeding were divided before I left even the hospital with her.

Am I pregnant with baby 21 weeks presently, know about the girl #2 and I certainly that I become again quiet him/it, but what can I make in order to prepare for it? It was said me about my MIL, him/it starts mu Iß, to rub my nipples with a rough towel, to help by every day, to do her/it/them more tenaciously upward.

I prepared my nipples or nothing, ow. Everything, which I did, was research! Speak with a lactation advisor before you even deliver, and she/it können everything, which you must know, on you trains.
Having a good handle is key to comfortable and successful care. This can first be difficult, but once, care reached, a breeze is.

you don\'t need to become "more tenaciously through daa on" your nipples, you need, right you help to bring your newborn to snap. Most Krankenhhas a lactation advisor available äuser, or comes in contact with La Leche-Verband or other nursing support group.

This sounds strange and uncomfortable. Yes reminds me I into the hospital, thereß my nipples very sore was, and it was UNBEARABLE for the first 10-15 seconds that was latched on my son. I believe, thereß it only one matter, with which you must deal, is. Hopefully für both of us the second time about will be easier!
