I lead a small bakery with 7 employees, 7. is gegenwärtig a temp. für had one of my employee only a baby the mother in question and will be again on Monday.Now, this employee in question, caused some disturbances, if you become about the shop.She, you have drama, stories of family/friends and it a wenig\'s, that has guests,... actually enters until her/it/them and pulls, this crap.I warned her/it/them over it, and they enter no more.

Was another question, that I had with her, the demanded whole motherhood leave.She, that I pay her/its/their leave.Since for motherhood, did I limit employees, who work for me, from myself to pay to people leave.However for maternity/sick is not demanded, she/it, that unpaid motherhood became leave.She snotty over this with me, got the say from me that it is immoral that goes to pay for motherhood about not, really.. his/its immoral one for me, that lost money for you, that bang from Kinderlinke and right? lol, but I proved to her that the paperwork and this locked up her/it/them.

Another question was, mornings sickness.she was beaten badly with it and was missed, several days.She, the i could not have, also was sick constantly here, because it is a health danger, she/it is the chef.. a damn good and the single reason i came to terms with her/its/their shit!) therefore instead of the Anzünden from her the i didn\'t wants to do because A. is she/it a good chef B., she/it came a baby, and C. i thinks this is her/its/their hours illegal, i cuts, so that she/it would have to work only some days, that then gave her/its/their time again rest.she, gave me, hell of this.i told her/it/them that I could not have her/it/them sick and in the course of time and missed days does the whole time with it is, why cut i, her/its/their hours.i put in on the temp near this point.eventually, the drama was interjected with it.

she/it is monday now due by the work back, and still has i, another dilemma.she pumps her/its/their milk, and the last i heard that employers had to provide employees with an area to pump about milk..., but the business is so small, i no ground has, where she/it will go! we have the frontal area, the K,üche, an OPEN-Wohnzimmer, bathroom and then my office.of-Kurs, that she/it can, \'t-Pumpe in the frontal area, lol, not the kitchen because of the health regulations, bathroom would be the employee living room icky and inconveniently then different employees/customers.the leaves, a small area around chairs and a table essentially is, Mini-fridge however the question with it, that his/its open.she continues to propose my office, but this goes to happen.im not only at the business a fraction of the time and if is not i there, the office is completed, nobody has eat the key him/it even not. Managers because of Diebstahlsmündungen in the past.

she/it told me that this i must prepare my office, but has me perfect reason for it i, him/it, to store locked.especially with people, dont-Vertrauen.

I offered those to purchase, that some screens know though.ya, divider matters live, so that she/it can sit behind there and pumps, but I guess that it is not sufficiently" "good. I weiß simply not, what now calls me a boob hater to do.She, and the fact that I have myself one pair ignores let alone breast fed both of my children, that were she/it 1 of each lol, til and gives up frankly, she/it goes on my last damn nerve! i is nicht-confrontational and schöner patient, but this isn, \'t, this, to work, goes, if she/it remains difficult to push.

yes, I told her/it/them how I modified a bed sheet, that should be used as a breast feeding wrap, but she/it believed that it was "too cheap."

it swears i, if she/it was not the best baker, whom I ever had, I would have fired her/it/them lol before a long time

She/it becomes be accustomed to nursing in public places, must, I nursed also for 12 mo. and after the first few weeks, you are used only for it. Her/its/their Kind\'s gotta ißt! :)
I understand that however, I would believe her/its/their restraint that, if she/it was really simply more concerned at giving the best nutrition to her/its/their baby instead of fighting tooth and nail with you about each small matter, she/it then your willingness very much, in order to set up for her/it/them screens, would estimate. WennWenn itself my boss never böte, I wouldnt has it demaned, I would pump only in the bathroom or in my own car... no biggie. Is a simply few minute at a time. Maybe you give her/it/them also a small radio, or something to from the Geräusch from the pump if das\'s what she/it makes uncomfortable. Glück! :)

from LadyCath... like the motherhood permission you need, for this, which you will allow to do to guarantee, legally,.. and then shows her/it/them.. in most cases there must be a place for her/it/them to be pumped, NOT a private place, but a nice clean place, likes you, that are said, the bathroom is icky...
