How do I decrease and still nurse healthy?
I had a baby 9 weeks ago. And ichstillt. Before him/it pregnant development was only 105 pounds I. I took too w at much weightährend pregnant. I had also a c-Teil. ICH\'ve starts, so far, I am one mile, if I get per the chance, fähig been to be done that 3 times. My question is, that can something \'food\', I am switched on and still is fähig, healthy, to nurse?I inquired about the cabbage soup food, and people slammed me for it. ICH\'m, that not itself bemüht, un-healthy, to be, is my goal indeed the exact opposite of it. I place wei only auf\'tß, switched on which food I should be, so that my milk supply and my quality are healthy for my baby.
Oh, and if I use the concept food, my I not like the atkins, I my meal arrangement, calories, types of meal simply, ect....

Breast, that lives, takes many calories, the absolutely best matter, that you can make for your body & your child\'s health, is with it. It requires also many calories. Hesitate with whole unprocessed meal. I recommend coconut no timeßöl, butter, seeds high, nuts, vegs, fish, seaweed, fed yogurt to grass animals, cheese.Cut out all sugars & the strengths. No sodas, S,äfte, cookies, candies, cakes, and so on so healthy, as maybe it are fruits, es\'s that natural sugars not only do doesn\'t promote any fat loss, they actually promote fat storage, fructose is the most lipogenic carb.
Do sure half, your meals are vegs not starchier green & eats much protein & good fats, you limit your complex carb-Teile to it no more than your protein part.
I am opposed inexorably to low calorie, that does a diet, because most people get thinner of tissue a good part loses, including vital organs like the heart (together with fat stores,).
