Do you hurt help back???

I hurt my back with the work 1 weeks ago Friday, and it still hurts. Es\'s not the pinch, that was it, but the lower to theück is sore. Especially if I fsits ür too long and me over the tub bends in order to give a bath to the baby and so on I believe that it is only one burden, but wow, what can I make to help for him/it? The work was informed, and I did the paperwork, but I have the pain and the fact enough, thereß I maybe to the doctor doesn goes, must, \'t helps to give me, hurts that won\'t be good meds, because I nurse.

Therefore... which exercises can do to help I?
Which type of matters should I not do?

It is no wiped disk seriously, or I would not go, but low back pain.

Ideas, none help become. ICH\'ll goes to the doctor if it is not improved until Wednesday.

Comfrey, where I get this??? I will try it, something at this point. I had thought, thereß itself this would yearn, is gone meanwhile.

Trouble yoga! I was closed surgical intervention theück, as I was for a wiped diskette in 20, and has around to still tow any backache, particularly with a 3 year old! I weiß, that you said, place you auf\'t, a wiped diskette has, but yoga helps with back pain in general. Yoga helps my Rücken, to feel, in order to improve, and I, \'ve brought even my husband in it.

I did it again yesterday evening and today, and there is one ton of stuff for it on the network, and it really worked. My to theück feelings almost normally today!
